 The Responsibility of VendorMediaUSA is limited to the value of the Advertiser contract. In case this contract is cancelled and or declared null and void the client could only demand by right of damage interest, the amount of the contract. VendorMediaUSA will refund all monies collected from the client if the project is not published. This act constitutes the entire contract between the parties. This present contract is binding on both parties. By acceptance of this invoice, you agree to pay all costs associated with collection, including but not limited to: collection fees, attorney fees and court costs. In order to respect our delivery date, advertisers have 14 days to submit completed artwork from the date of initial contact from our art department. For advertisers failing to do so VendorMediaUSA has the right to design your advertisement without input. Deposits are non-refundable unless the project is not printed. No verbal conditions will be accepted by VendorMediaUSA. This contract cannot be cancelled by the client. I the client, having read this contract, fully understand and agree to it.
